 Responsibilities

• Update Google Sheets
   
• Assist Sales Admin with follow-ups and invoice documentation
   
• Simple paperwork
   
• Organise files, documents, and digital folders
   
• Prepare daily/weekly reports (templates provided)
   
• Assist in stock count and data entry
   
• Maintain tidy and accurate record-keeping
   
• Label and organise product files / photos (if needed)
   
• Perform simple office administrative tasks
   
• Support ad-hoc tasks related to operations

Job Requirements

•  Good communication (BM/English)
   
• Basic Google Sheets / MS Excel knowledge
   
• Detail-oriented and organised
   
• Responsible and consistent
   
• Able to follow SOP and complete tasks on time
   
• Comfortable with a calm, quiet work environment
   
• Independent, reliable, and fast learner
   
• No prior experience needed (training provided)
   
• Students in Business Admin, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields welcomed
