Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Conduct n-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and uncover potential growth avenues.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches across multiple communication platforms.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive referral business.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce team to develop impactful promotional materials and campaigns for hyper-growth.
  • Plan and execute sports and fitness events to enhance brand visibility and product engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance and market dynamics, providing regular reports to guide strategic decision-making.
     

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development preferably in the sports or fitness industry (but not mandatory).
  • A people-oriented approach with a results-driven and target-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for learning and a commitment to self-improvement.
