Job Description

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Digital Content Creator to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling through photos and videos, stays up-to-date with social media trends, and enjoys creating content that connects with people and drives results. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence across social platforms and supporting sales through engaging, conversion-focused content.

At DGE Group, we value creativity, initiative, and growth. You’ll work closely with the eCommerce and marketing team to bring our products, campaigns, and brand stories to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Shopee/TikTok Shop.
• Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok videos, stories, posts) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and order conversion.
• Develop creative content for product launches, promotions, flash sales, events, and collaborations.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and content styles, and adapt them to fit the brand.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, positioning, and visual identity.
• Edit photos and videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar apps.
• Work closely with the eCommerce, marketing team, and external partners to ensure content supports overall marketing objectives.
• Assist in planning content calendars and executing posting schedules.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Creative Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Passion for photography, videography, and social media content creation.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and short-video platforms.
• Basic skills in photo/video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe apps are a plus).
• Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training and guidance will be provided.
