DGE Group Sdn Bhd is a company representing BEOKA (wellness technology) and LESA (lifestyle footwear). The company is seeking a Senior eCommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize BEOKA and LESA eCommerce websites (WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor), drive digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales, and support international crowdfunding and product launches.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize BEOKA and LESA websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor.
• Manage website content, product listings, landing pages, promotions, and regular updates.
• Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and conversions.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, customer engagement, and online sales.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, sales results, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Support crowdfunding initiatives, including Kickstarter pre-launch preparation, campaign content, and international product rollouts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on digital marketing, creative content, and website improvements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce website management or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, digital advertising, and online marketing.
• Skills in Canva, CapCut, or AI-powered creative tools will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Crowdfunding experience is an advantage but not required.
