As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior eCommerce & Marketplace Executive to help grow our website and marketplace sales channels.

Job Summary

The Senior eCommerce & Marketplace Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing Beoka's online sales channels, including our Shopify & WooCommerce flagship website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other marketplaces.

This role requires a hands-on individual who can execute day-to-day eCommerce operations, optimize product listings, manage campaigns and promotions, analyze sales performance and continuously improve the customer shopping experience to drive online growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Shopify & WooCommerce website and online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions and content updates.
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings, landing pages, collections, campaigns, flash sales, vouchers and promotional activities to maximize sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze website and marketplace performance, including traffic, conversion rates, sales, advertising results and customer behavior and recommend improvements.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports, identify growth opportunities and support initiatives to achieve online sales targets and business objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth eCommerce operations, order fulfilment, inventory accuracy and overall marketplace competitiveness.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management or website operations.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce is highly preferred.
• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other marketplaces.
• Knowledge in graphic design and video content creation using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Runway AI will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience in health, wellness, sports, lifestyle or consumer products is a plus.
