What you’ll experience (2026 Intake):
- Two (2) rotations over 24 months across freight forwarding (e.g., Air/Ocean operations, Customer Operations, Value‑Added Services & Commercial support).
- Run daily operations in your assigned team to understand end‑to‑end forwarding processes and service standards.
- Own reports & insights: ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and apply basic data analysis to support decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders: collaborate with internal teams and customers to solve problems and improve service.
- Project exposure: contribute to process improvement/cross‑functional projects that align with our Strategy 2030 focus on quality, digitalization and sustainable growth.
Locations: Subang Jaya (HQ), Penang, Johor (mobility required during the 24‑month program).

Job Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must‑have
- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline related to Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or similar).
- 0-2 years’ experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged).
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in English and Malay (written & spoken).
- Learning agility & initiative - analytical, adaptable, decisive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Penang/Johor during rotations and to attend in‑person interviews at Subang Jaya/Penang.
Good‑to‑have
- Passion for Logistics/Freight Forwarding and customer service.
- Systems & ops: Fast learner of ops systems; runs end‑to‑end workflows independently, on time & accurate.
- Analytical problem solving:Synthesizes operational data to spot patterns; comfortable with Excel (pivot tables/lookups/charts). Familiarity with process improvement or project work is a plus.
- Coordination: Clear updates and coordination across cross‑functional teams.
- Leadership: Initiative, accountability, adaptability and commercial awareness to drive improvements.
