Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by meeting targets and promoting products effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and product displays.
• Handle administrative tasks, including processing transactions and keeping accurate records.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any related discipline
• Preferably with retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (added advantage for serving diverse clientele)
• Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality
• Sales-driven and result-oriented
• Willingness to work on Weekends, Public Holidays and retail hours
• Added advantage for those with jewellery sales background, GG, GIA or Jewellery Design qualifications
