  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to help us achieve our company growth targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the industrial, commercial, and infrastructure ducting markets, allowing you to expand our footprint.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships so that we can build lasting partnerships together.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning, helping us stay ahead in the industry.

Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with company goals to help us reach our ideal customers.
  • Manage digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional activities, allowing you to creatively showcase our solutions.
  • Enhance our brand presence in targeted market segments so that we can clearly communicate our value to the industry.

Quality Compliance & Customer Success

  • Coordinate closely with the production and quality teams to help us consistently meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, keeping our workplace safe and environmentally responsible.
  • Maintain accurate Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and participate in internal audits, allowing you to champion continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer feedback systematically and review key administrative documents like Sales Order Forms, Job Costing Sheets, and On Site Reports, so that we can provide proactive and highly satisfying customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within a manufacturing or construction-related industry.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure ducting markets.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Management System (IMS) standards, specifically ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns and coordinate trade shows.
  • Solid analytical skills for market research and competitive positioning.
