Creative Concept Development:  

  • Ideate, craft, and execute creative concepts for monthly Cover issues 
  • Develop innovative concepts that enhance brand storytelling and engagement. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to keep Santan’s visual content fresh and relevant. 

Visual Content Production: 

  • Develop and oversee visual strategies across digital, print, motion, and more. 
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across marketing materials, packaging, and digital platforms. 
  • Lead product design efforts to align with Santan's brand and ensure visual appeal. 
  • Manage video campaigns and collaborate with agencies on ad production/shooting.  

Leadership and Collaboration: 

  • Direct and mentor the design team to produce high-quality visuals. 
  • Review and approve creative materials across all channels. 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and product launches. 
  • Oversee design teams to ensure consistency in visual and brand identity  
  • Manage the visual and branding aspects of all events and campaigns. 


Job Requirements

Requirement 

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior creative design role 

At least 2-3 years of experience working in media or an agency working environment. 

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects). 

Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design. 

Creative thinker with the ability to turn innovative concepts into effective, marketable ideas.  

Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. 

Experience with photography, video production, and digital media is a plus. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Conceptualize and execute visual strategies for multi-platform advertising campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and the creative team to develop cohesive and impactful brand experiences. 
  • Present ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams, articulating creative vision clearly and persuasively. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new and creative graphic design techniques into your work. 

What You’ll Need  

  • Proven experience as an Art Director or Graphic Designer within the advertising industry. 
  • A compelling portfolio that displays an exceptional aesthetic sense and attention to detail. 
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
