SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

What You’ll Do

- Drive Sales Growth:
Develop and close business with leading luxury, fashion, beauty, automotive, spirits, and hospitality brands.

- Lead Client Relations:
Manage key accounts and cultivate long-term partnerships through creative campaign ideas and superior service.

- Craft Winning Proposals:
Work with our editorial and creative teams to build integrated proposals spanning advertorials, social media, influencer marketing, and premium events.

- Support Revenue Strategy:
Collaborate with management to meet overall sales goals and maintain profitability.

- Mentor & Collaborate:
Guide junior sales executives on best practices while ensuring alignment with the brand’s high standards. 

SALES EXECUTIVE

What You’ll Do

- Generate New Business:
Identify and approach potential clients across categories such as luxury fashion, beauty, watches, automotive, spirits, and hospitality.

- Develop Client Proposals:
Craft tailored media proposals and presentations featuring FirstClasse’s offerings — advertorials, digital banners, social media campaigns, video content, and influencer marketing.

- Manage Campaigns:
Work closely with editorial and creative teams to ensure deliverables are met and campaigns align with client objectives.

- Build Client Relationships:
Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and service excellence.

- Achieve Sales Targets:
Drive revenue performance while upholding FirstClasse’s premium positioning and profitability goals.

- Stay Ahead:
Keep up with digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to identify new opportunities.

   


Job Requirements

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

  •  3–5 years’ experience in media sales, advertising, or luxury brand partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, influencer marketing, and branded storytelling.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for luxury, lifestyle, and culture.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).

SALES EXECUTIVE

  • 1–3 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or client servicing (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, ambitious self-starter who enjoys meeting people and closing deals.
  • Passion for luxury, lifestyle, and digital media.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
