Job Description

 We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator to join our team. This role involves developing, producing, and publishing engaging short-form video and visual content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, XHS, META and other social platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos (XHS, TikTok, Reels ) aligned with brand direction and marketing objectives.
   
• Research and keep up-to-date with social media trends, sounds, and challenges, and adapt them creatively for the brand.
   
• Work with the marketing execs to develop content that supports campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies.
   
• Write catchy hooks, captions, and on-screen text to maximize engagement and retention.
   
• Ensure content is optimized for each platform (TikTok, IG, YouTube, XHS).
   
• Track content performance and provide insights for improvement.
   
• Occasionally appear on camera for brand content.
  
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with key insights and recommendations.
   
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and influencers/KOLs where needed.
   

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred) but not compulsory.
   
• Hands-on experience in short-form video creation and editing (CapCut, JianYing, Premiere Pro).
   
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Open to being on-camera when needed.
