Job Description

• Manage and maintain relationships with multiple clients 
• Provide strategic input, actively contribute to ideation sessions, and guide clients toward performance-driven decisions.
• Take ownership of project timelines, campaign planning, and execution across digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, XHS).
• Provide light mentorship to junior team members — especially in onboarding new joiners, reviewing decks before AM submission, and sharing best practices during internal discussions or challenges.
• Track and review campaign results; prepare and present reports and performance insights to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding payments with clients to ensure timely revenue collection.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional experience can trump formal education.
• Proven experience in client relationship management, project management, and marketing.
• Demonstrable success in writing compelling copy and creative headlines.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in budget management and tracking.
• A deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
