Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the TikTok content team — guide creators and e-comm executive. 
• Plan & execute content strategies that drive views, engagement, and sales for each brand.
• Analyse performance data to improve video results and campaign outcomes.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends and turn them into high-performing content ideas.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign flow.
• Oversee video production process — from ideation, scripting to final review.
   

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in TikTok content creation, shop management, operation & strategy
   
• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, short-form content, and social commerce.
   
• Experience managing or mentoring a small creative team.
   
• Comfortable being on-camera when needed.
   
• Strong analytical thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
