Responsibilities

Service & Guest Experience

• Greet colleagues and visitors, take orders accurately, and deliver friendly, timely service.
• Handle basic queries and calmly resolve common complaints, escalating when needed to maintain satisfaction.

Beverage Preparation & Quality

• Prepare coffees, teas, and simple food items to consistent standards using recipes and portion control.
• Perform routine taste and presentation checks to keep quality consistent across shifts.

Operations & Teamwork

• Operate the POS, manage cash responsibly, and assist with stock rotation and inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness, support shift handovers, and assist in training new team members when required.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• About 2 years of hands-on experience in café, hospitality, or customer service roles.
• Availability to work rotational shifts and weekends as needed for on-site coverage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Able to make coffee and other beverages to standard, with basic food handling and safety awareness.
• Experience with POS operation, cash handling, and basic stock management.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Customer service mindset with calmness under pressure and a friendly attitude.
• Good teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to learn and follow procedures.
