Job Description

We are hiring a Kitchen Crew member to support the daily operations of a bustling cafe restaurant in Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys kitchen work, is eager to learn cafe-style culinary skills, and wants to grow in the F&B industry. Training will be provided.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in cafe menu food preparation, ingredient setups, and basic kitchen prep work.
• Support the line chefs in plating, assembling, and serving dishes according to exact recipes.
• Maintain absolute cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, tools, work stations, and equipment.
• Strictly follow local food safety, sanitation, and temperature control standards.
• Assist with receiving daily deliveries, checking stock quality, and storing ingredients using FIFO.
• Support the Head Chef and front-of-house team to ensure food and drinks are served together.

Job Requirements

• Basic kitchen or F&B experience preferred (compulsory).
• Willingness to learn multiple kitchen stations and follow instructions precisely.
• Able to work swiftly and multi-task in a fast-paced cafe kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, high discipline, clear communication, and a positive attitude.
• energetic, and able to stand for long hours during busy lunch rushes.
• Punctual and reliable for early morning opening shifts or weekend rosters.
