Job Description

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and be a consultant for our clients in a digital sphere. In this role, you are required to be a strategic thinker & planner, an enthusiastic collaborator and highly accountable to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns/projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation to clients regularly regarding digital marketing (Media Buys) & social media management (Understanding of digital eco-system is a must.)
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and reasonable compliance of promised deliverables to clients.
• Manage day-to-day project elements, and work closely with internal teams (eg: creative, digital marketing) to provide solutions to project challenges as they occur.
• Project manage to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns (including accurate communications with clients expectations, keeping track of the quality standards of work produced & meeting timelines) for a variety of the agency's clients. 
• Responsible for contact/call reports, status reports, creative and job briefs and any other client administrative support as needed.
• Attend client meetings as their consultant and partner as needed.
• Report to Operations Lead, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing.
• Meticulous and strong analytical skills to derive decisions and recommendations. 
• Effective presentation skills .
• Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly.
• Understanding of digital eco-system is a must.
• Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages will be an added advantage.
• Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
