Job Description

We want someone with the calibre to synergise our creative design needs and client expectations. He or she must be able to take a creative brief from the client and/or the Digital Performance Marketers; add value and must work closely with the creative team to deliver results. The person must have a creative eye, a good understanding of digital marketing and media buying. Analytical and critical thinking skills are vital to ensure creatives are data and results driven.

They will work closely with the client to grasp their business goals and devise inventive, innovative design strategies that will connect with the target audience while staying true to the brand voice. He or she will lead the creative journey, from conception of ideas to bringing them to life whilst ensuring top-notch results.

The candidate must follow the latest industry trends, best practices, and stay informed about what others are doing especially our competitors. He or she must evaluate and share insights on how our creative projects / designs are performing, offering suggestions for enhancement backed by critical analysis. Most significantly, this person must ensure the timely delivery of collaterals and deliverables to all stakeholders.


Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure deliverables are produced to the highest standards and quality in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure designs and content produced reflects our clients’ brand image, voice and tone.
  • Be the bridge between the client, performance marketers and designers to bring creative strategies to life.
  • Give and take feedback from the client before translating it to the design team for production.
  • Analyse, review and innovate new creatives based on campaign performance data, analysis, market trends and best practices. 
  • Add value by providing creative input and ideas.

Skills, Attributes and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2-years professional working experience in a similar role.
  • Must have a sound understanding of digital performance marketing and critical thinking.
  • Must have a creative eye and decent technical understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must have great communication skills. Good spoken English is must.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to detail Did we miss something?
  • Must be able to work across teams, as one team working towards a common goal.
