Job Description

 We are seeking a versatile HR / Admin / Finance professional who will help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will support human resources functions, provide administrative assistance, and assist with financial reporting and related tasks. You’ll work closely with HR and Finance leads in day-to-day activities, helping maintain processes and policies that ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding, and employee relations 
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports and forecasts, ensure expenses are tracked and reported 
  • Administer day-to-day office operations: procurement, vendor management, and administrative services
  • Maintain accurate HR, administrative and financial records ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Assist in facilitating training & professional development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives
  • Liaise with external parties as required
  • Drive continuous improvement: suggest tools, streamline processes and increase efficiency

Skills, Attributes & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ relevant experience (depending on seniority) in HR / Admin / Finance role 
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian employment law, payroll regulations, statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, etc.
  • Solid financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost control
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise at all levels of organisation
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and financial information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new software, with experience in accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Adaptable, proactive, with a mindset for continuous improvement
