Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
  No experience? No problem – we provide training and guidance.
• Languages: Can speak in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients effectively).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills – including listening, problem-solving, and basic negotiation.
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous retail sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them throughout the buying journey.
• Provide accurate product and service information in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep customer records updated accurately and confidentially.
• Support daily retail or warehouse operations as needed.
• Drive sales to meet both individual and team targets.
• Work independently to generate leads and actively promote all products.
