 Customer Relations & Front Desk

1. Serve as the first point of contact — welcome and assist all walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
2. Handle customer enquiries via walk-in, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
3. Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
4. Follow up on customer enquiries, bookings, and service updates.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
7. Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups after service completion.
8. Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
9. Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
10. Prepare basic administrative reports and customer service documentation.

Cashiering & Operations

1. Accurately process all payment types — cash, credit/debit card, QR code, and online transfers.
2. Ensure correct pricing, payment verification, and issue receipts and invoices accordingly.
3. Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at end of each working day.
4. Conduct weekly stock-takes of front desk and miscellaneous items (e.g. drinking water, cleaning materials, etc.) and maintain the inventory log in Google Sheets.
5. Monitor merchandise stock levels (e.g. T-shirts, umbrellas) and submit daily updates to the Operations & Admin team.
6. Adhere to SOPs for cashiering, refunds, and stock recording.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk area (5S Housekeeping standards).
8. Ensure proper documentation of all receipts, invoices, and financial records.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
2. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, cashiering, or a related role.
3. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
4. Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
5. Basic math skills and comfortable working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
6. Strong attention to detail, especially in handling payments and records accurately.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — polite, friendly, and customer-oriented.
8. Trustworthy and responsible, particularly in handling cash and payment transactions.
9. Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
