Job Description

1) Conceptualization & Strategy Development

Responsible for conceptualizing and developing compelling video ideas based on creative briefs, aligned with overall brand objectives and strategic goals. Strong focus on social media platforms, producing a wide range of content including brand videos, performance-driven video advertisements, and engaging short-form video content.

2) Social Media Content Production

Conceptualize, produce, and edit content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Develop both short-form and long-form video content that strengthens brand identity, enhances storytelling, and maintains high production standards.

3) AI-Driven Innovation

Leverage AI-powered tools (such as Nano Banana, Seedance, and other emerging AI platforms in the market) to streamline production workflows, improve video quality, and explore innovative creative techniques. Strong proficiency in AI tools for video creation is essential.

4) Collaboration & Brand Consistency

Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to develop cohesive storytelling concepts while ensuring consistency in branding elements, color schemes, audio direction, and messaging across all content outputs.

5) Performance Analysis & Optimization

Monitor and stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes. Utilize data insights and performance metrics to continuously optimize content for maximum engagement, reach, and conversion across multiple regions.

Job Requirements

1) No prior video editing experience is required. Strong proficiency in AI tools for video creation and production is essential.

2）Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or an equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

3) At least 1-2 year(s) related experience,  with 3-5 years and above experience will be considered as a Senior Multimedia Designer.

4) Attention to detail, strong technical skills, and creative problem solving.

5) Familiar with Post Production it is an added advantage.

6) Experience in website layout design will be an added advantage. 

7) Language(s): English and Mandarin, Cantonese would be an added advantage.
