Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our growing Group Technical Delivery team. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and governing workflow and automation solutions using Microsoft technologies.

This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to balance scalability, maintainability, technology choices, and cost-effectiveness to determine the most effective architectural approach. You will support the establishment of a Workflow & Automation Centre of Excellence, manage stakeholders, and contribute to governance frameworks with guidance from your direct manager.

You will work across the full suite of Microsoft technologies, including Azure Cloud & AI Services, Power Platform, and SharePoint—and attend exclusive Microsoft corporate trainings and tenant-specific events.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain digital solutions (Power Platform, SharePoint custom sites, cloud applications) to improve workflow efficiency and optimize business processes.
• Build custom APIs and connectors, integrating with third-party and internal systems.
• Be jointly responsible for managing Power Platform and SharePoint site collections, content types, metadata, and permission structures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide strategic recommendations for workflow automation.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and updates.
• Engage with Heads of Department (HODs) to present workflow and automation strategies and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Convert and migrate existing Nintex K2 low-code workflow solutions into hybrid solutions (Web Application + Power Platform) with minimal disruption to business processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, technical designs, process flows, and user guides, for all developed solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical excellence within the team.

Job Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint development, and Azure Cloud services.
• Ability to design scalable and cost-effective solutions within enterprise environments.
• Experience developing custom APIs, connectors, and system integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Nintex K2 is an advantage.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to capability-building initiatives.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-4 of experience in application development, workflow automation, or Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
