Job summary:

Assist Storekeeper in supervision, discipline, compliance, documentation, reporting issues, handling urgent tasks, and ensuring warehouse efficiency.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Storekeeper to motivate, train, coach, and lead the team as to ensure effective operation procedures and meeting the company’s KPIs.
  • To assist the Storekeeper to supervise and maintain discipline of all personnel under his charge as to follow the warehouse rules and regulations.
  • To ensure the activities under his charge are compliance with GxP (GMP, GDP) and other areas related to Occupational, Safety & Health Acts.
  • To check and process immediately all despatch goods or other related issuing goods under this circumstances after performing documentation and physical check in accordance to stipulated SOPs.
  • To ensure accountability and accuracy of checking all despatch goods, loading and unloading and other related despatch activities under this circumstances is in accordance to the stipulated SOPs.
  • To attend to all urgent orders, BTAs and any assigned tasks promptly and ensuring completion of the assigned tasks.
  • To ensure all HTO documents, chopped and signed documents and other related documents are properly kept, tracked and filed for future reference.
  • To report promptly to the Storekeeper or Executive in-charge if there are any incidences of indiscipline of the staff and other matters that affect the optimal performance of the warehouse operations.
  • To report promptly to the Storekeeper or Executive in-charge of any irregularities matters that not in accordance to the SOPs that will affect the operations, safety, health and environmental of the warehouse.
  • To undertake any duties and responsibilities that be assigned by the Storekeeper or Executive in-charge and/or the management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one to two years' experience in similar role.
  • Valid GDL license.
  • Diploma/certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related field.
