Job Summary

Ensure proper documentation, billing, and tracking of Advertising & Promotion (AnP) and other claimable items across Business Units (BUs). This includes stepping up where necessary to lead initiatives, drive process improvements, and support management in achieving operational excellence.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure claimable expenses, particularly Advertising & Promotion (AnP), are billed to clients accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Reconcile clients’ accounts and follow up on outstanding or disputed items, ensuring accuracy and alignment with supporting documentation.
• Monitor account details for irregularities or non-payments, investigating root causes and resolving issues in coordination with Business Units (BUs) and relevant departments.
• Liaise with clients and BUs to address queries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the achievement of monthly KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the claims function.
• Participate in monthly AR KPI meetings and quarterly roll calls, contributing insights and updates on claims-related matters.
• Engage stakeholders—including clients, BUs, and internal departments—to build trust and ensure alignment on key processes and expectations.
• Contribute to automation and system enhancement initiatives, including ERP improvements and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to streamline claims operations.
• Assist in driving or supporting departmental projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing claims processes and efficiency.
• Take ownership of tasks assigned by the Manager and step up where necessary to ensure continuity and high standards of service delivery.

Functional Skills and Knowledge 

• Computer literate (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with AnP or AR claims processes an advantage
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and solution-oriented mindset

Education 

Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline.

Work Experience

At least 1 year in AR, Claims, or Credit Control
