Working closely with senior project managers, business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors, you play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.

What You Will Deliver

  • Support the delivery of IT projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies, ensuring structured and consistent project execution in line with DKSH Group IT Project Methodology.
  • Contribute to project planning activities including scope definition, timeline management, resource coordination, and documentation to establish clear foundations for successful delivery.
  • Support Demand Management activities including Request for Proposal/Quotation (RFx) coordination, stakeholder engagement, vendor meeting facilitation, and timely completion of key deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including project charters, project plans, meeting minutes, risk and issue logs, status reports, test plans, and lessons learned registers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project activities across business users, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum at every stage of delivery.
  • Monitor project tasks, follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables, and escalate potential risks, issues, or delays to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support change request tracking and ensure all project documentation remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and communication materials that keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and project handover activities to support smooth and effective transitions to operational teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items to sustain project momentum and drive accountability.
  • Coordinate and monitor vendor activities, track deliverables and milestones, facilitate status reviews, and escalate risks or issues to ensure vendor commitments are met according to agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Continuously identify and act on opportunities to improve project delivery processes and strengthen cross-functional team collaboration.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Project Management. Experience supporting software implementation, system enhancement, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), digital, or infrastructure projects is preferred. Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent Agile certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Foundational understanding of IT project management principles and the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Exposure to Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills that translate well across cross-functional and multicultural environments.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Exposure to enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP and business systems is advantageous.
  • Foundational understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), testing, and deployment processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
