Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Specialist - Application Development (.NET & Low-code) to join our Group Technical Delivery - Workflow & Automation team. You will lead the development, modernization and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft stack, with a focus on hybrid implementation using .NET framework as base, with low-code technology such as Power Platform for automation and workflows, scalable architecture, CI/CD automation, and adoption of Azure A.I services and A.I-assisted development tools. This role requires hands-on technical excellence, a passion for clean code, and the ability to lead developers and set an example of technical excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and cloud-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, revamp, development, enhancement and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC), API service, and integrate them with Power Platform (Automation & Workflows) and SharePoint, if necessary.
• Maintain existing low-code platform solutions, such as Nintex K2, solutions with Power Platform and SharePoint integration, alongside peers.
• Explore and integrate AI/automation solutions to streamline development and operational workflows.
• Lead and collaborate with business analysts and fellow developers to deliver solutions aligned with requirements and project timelines.
• Actively involved in stakeholder management communication for functional requirements, technical discussions, development efforts and timeline, and status and progress updates.
• Apply GitHub Copilot and prompt engineering to accelerate development and enhance code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to .NET, Ai, and automation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in .NET application development (ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, Entity Framework).
• Familiar with Power Platform and SharePoint is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MSSQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Knowledge of GitHub Copilot and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Good understanding of cloud technology (including serverless platform and services).
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for technology and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, and code modernization is an advantage.
