Job summary

As part of the Enterprise Technology Services team, your role is instrumental in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our SAP ecosystems.

Leveraging your technical expertise, you provide guidance and support to users and project teams. Additionally, you collaborate closely with internal IT teams and

external technology partners, enabling organizations to harness the full potential of SAP technologies and beyond, ultimately gaining a competitive advantage in

digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead or actively participate in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and landscape transformations by planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain system stability and performance by minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Drive adoption and utilization of emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.
• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for SAP system architecture to align with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues.
• Safeguard system security through expertise in system hardening, SAP security baselines, and best practices.
• Ensure business continuity by leading disaster recovery planning, managing system backups, and performing proactive monitoring to minimize the impact of system failures or data loss.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Basis, providing insights and recommendations for system enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, and technological advancements.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Extensive experience in SAP Basis administration and solutions.
• Skilled in stakeholder management.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a diverse environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
• Relevant SAP certifications and cloud technology experience are a plus.
