Job Summary

Manage sales target preparations, pricing data maintenance in the system, incentive scheme setting, sales support tools and other administrative work to support frontline sales teams

General Responsibilities

  • Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Manage the sales targets/performance standard setting processes and communicate to each level of client management
  • Prepare price/promotion briefs with fully-equipped information for frontline field sales teams before each new operating month begins
  • Work with Sales teams and P&O to finalize criteria and achievement numbers within the timelines of incentive payment dates
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Supply Chain Management to identify and execute strategies/plans to manage over, less, out-of-stock or write-off stock items
  • Manage and monitor any special projects related to selling, order processing, customer service and logistics
  • Monitor and drive continuous improvements of the operational performance in terms of services, efficiency, quality and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (e.g. in Trade Marketing, Field Marketing and Supply Chain Management) to ensure the smooth operations in sales management and customer experience

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
  • Demonstrate strong customer management skills
  • Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, field marketing and branding
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

Education

Degree in Business/Marketing or related fields
