Description: 

Job Summary

Support the execution of own brands business plans and brand management for product groups to achieve overall sales targets. Support daily operation tasks internally (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain). Ensure collating feedback / information from branches on time, as well as generating standard reports etc.

General Responsibilities

  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Gather market and customer feedback on the current product range and new product introductions.
  • Communicate new developments regarding competitors' products to the sales team.
  • Coordinate and communicate all planned activities to all operational departments and Business Units
  • Liaise with sales team to coordinate promotional material deliveries and ensure all marketing activities been implemented.
  • Coordination of sample/foc withdrawal from warehouse to pre-planned destination.
  • Follow up on invoices, goods receiving and payment (NTPO)
  • Monitoring on stock balance, near expiry stocks clearance, high stock holding
  • Generation of monthly reports and progress reports on sales, promotion, distribution for monitoring & tracking:
  1. Monthly sales report
  2. Monthly ROP report
  3. Monthly Business Review deck preparation
  4. Ad hoc tracking (distribution, status of execution)

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Possess strong organization skill / interpersonal/ negotiation skills.
  • 1 – 2 years working experience in Marketing / FMCG / Food Services environment.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Resourceful and will take initiative to look for solution.
  • Must know Microsoft Office, especially excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table)

Education

Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
