Description: This position is the team leader role with responsibility to accelerating Sales, Planning & Executions in Central area coverage. Job Requirement : • Able to speak and read in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. #LI-MY1
Key Responsibilities & Performance :
❖ Managing sales and relationship for the assigned area and channels.
❖ Explore and opening new retailers according to specific business opportunities criteria.
❖ Account payment status - Collection, Clearance and Disputes.
❖ Product Returns – Managing expiry / damages / recalls products.
❖ Merchandising – Ensure SubD team carry out Product display and positions in outlets / POSM execution.
❖ New Product Development (NPD) Execution & Pipelining.
❖ Distribution – focus on Core & premium product range/brandtechs.
❖ Project Execution – Perfect Store KPI / Sampling Apps activations.
❖ Working with sales team to achieve the overall Sales & Distribution target for all SubD channels.
❖ Accountable for aligning and motivating sales team (direct & indirect) to achieve period target, building the sales capability of the team, continuous improvement & new business opportunities.
❖ Conduct periodic managerial meeting. Monitor and update the progress of all activities, sales performance status & find solutions to problem areas of the department.
❖ Responsible for managing, building & growing robust relationship with assigned Sub Distributors To maximize sales & distribution opportunities and achieve sales target. Analyze data, distribution drive tracking, resolve key client issues and complaints, new Products Development (NPDs) launches, Premiumization & trade bulletins, etc
❖ Develop and implement annual Customer Business Plan, Quarterly Business Review /Promotion plan with individual Key customer & Sub-Ds
❖ Manage outlets operations and execute excellence with proper detailed planning within budget/ resources given by managing spending efficiency.
❖ To research and analyses the market to find better business opportunities
❖ To support in AR meeting – reconcile Disputes
❖ Monitor on Sub D team Perfect Vision achievement.
• Own transport with valid driver’s license.
• Familiar with smart mobile devices (Job require navigate in Apps and webpage).
• With 3 - 5 years FMCG sales experience & people management is preferred
• Must familiar with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint – required to conduct Business Review
