Job Summary
As a Website Management Intern, you will assist in keeping our WordPress websites updated and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the digital team and other departments to update content, check for issues, and support basic website tasks. This role is perfect for someone who’s interested in websites, enjoys working with different teams, and wants to learn how websites are managed in a real company setting.

Job Description

• Help update and maintain our WordPress websites (e.g., editing pages, uploading images, updating blog posts).
• Work with different teams to collect content or requests, and help make the updates on the website.
• Assist in checking the website for broken links, layout issues, or anything that doesn’t work right.
• Help organize pages and content so that the website looks clean, user-friendly, and matches our brand.
• Support in creating simple reports or presentations using PowerPoint and Excel based on website data.
• Join team discussions to help track tasks, follow up on website changes, and meet project deadlines.
• Assist with simple tasks related to website design, content editing, or research when needed.

Requirements

• Basic experience using WordPress or other website platforms is a plus (training can be provided).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills and willing to talk to team members to gather info or updates.
• Willing to learn and take initiative ,not afraid to ask questions or try new things.
• Detail-oriented and able to spot small errors or issues in content.
• Interest in websites, digital marketing, or project coordination is a bonus.
