Job Description

Description: 

General Responsibilities :

  • Support the business unit departmental day-to-day HR operations and all operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Support deployment of HR services delivery, systems and work tools utilization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner
  • Prepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions
  • Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments
  • Execute change management initiatives across the organization
  • Ensure HR policies and procedure are consistently administered and aligned
  • Support employee life cycle, other projects
  • Manage and front stakeholders in HR strategic and operational manner/capacity.

 

Job requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or in any related field, with at least 4 year of working experience in HR Generalist capacity
  • Candidate needs to be comfortable with handling administrative/operational HR duties – preparation of letters, filing documents, conducting exit interviews, updating SAP system and more
  • Able to demonstrate full depth understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and critical success factors
  • Exposure in managing governance, risk and compliance and project management will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in SAP and SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
  • Must be a self-driven and self-motivated person, resourceful, fast learner, pro-active, committed, adaptable, team player and strong attention to details
  • Ability to understand a third language and dialects such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Hakka, etc, will be a plus point. 
  • Willing to work under Shared Services environment
  • Willing to be based at The Ascent Paradigm PJ
