Description: Job Summary:
A highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Senior Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth functional knowledge of Salesforce, experience with advanced modules such as CPQ, ServiceMax, Field Services, Conga, Revenue Intelligence, and Einstein, and a proven track record of managing Salesforce applications in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage operating budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce IT applications policies, standards, best practices, and guidelines within implementation and delivery methodologies.
- Plan, manage, and execute complex project engagements, ensuring quality deliverables and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of business continuity plans for critical Salesforce applications.
- Monitor the progress of Business Solutions and system architecture deliveries, adjusting as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
- Continuously review, enhance, and improve defined standards, policies, and delivery processes.
- Guide users and stakeholders in the effective use of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with technical design and business goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address business process needs and communicate solutions that support ongoing business operations.
- Identify potential issues or gaps in Salesforce implementations, driving resolutions to prevent customer impact and promote continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure the functional use of applications.
Team Leadership & Management Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 6 technical specialists and 1 functional manager, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth, development, and accountability.
- Provide strong people management, ensuring clear communication of team goals, regular performance feedback, and driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage the team in delivering Salesforce-related goals, driving execution, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Standardize architecture and support delivery to ensure consistency across business units and solutions.
- Drive team development by providing learning opportunities in Salesforce applications and fostering key behaviors aligned with organizational goals.
- Continuously pursue self-learning and improvement in Salesforce applications and leadership skills to meet evolving business demands.
Functional Skills and Knowledge:
- Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce, with expertise in managing Salesforce applications at the regional or global level.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce modules, including CPQ, ServiceMax, Field Services, Conga, Revenue Intelligence, and Einstein.
- A proven track record in deploying Salesforce solutions at the enterprise level, preferably within the consumer goods or healthcare industries.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce technologies and emerging trends in the field.
Job Requirement:
- Salesforce certifications are required, including Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist. Certifications in ServiceMax, Field Service, or Einstein Analytics are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong project management skills with experience in delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving high performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
