We are seeking a passionate candidate to join our team and contribute to our existing projects. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of the media marketing industry. 

Role Description & Relevance:

The role will serve as the bridge between DMDC’s clients and the internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns across both offline and online channels. This executive role combines client servicing with project coordination. In essence, the role translates the client’s marketing objectives into actionable plans for the media and marketing teams, then makes sure those plans are carried out consistently across newspaper ads, billboards, radio spots, social media, influencer (KOL) campaigns, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison & Servicing: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of DMDC’s clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. The role maintains frequent communication with clients via email, calls, and meetings to update them on campaign progress and gather feedback.
  • Cross-Platform Campaign Coordination: Ensure that all campaign elements (offline and digital) are executed in a coordinated, timely manner. Work closely with internal teams – media planners, digital specialists, creative designers, content writers – to align efforts.
  • Support Strategy & Media Planning: Collaborate with senior strategists (Media Manager/Marketing Manager) to develop marketing plans and media mixes that achieve client goals. The executive contributes by bringing insights from the client (e.g. specific requests or industry info) and by doing groundwork like research or initial media briefs.
  • Project Management & Execution Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of campaigns from start to finish​. This includes scheduling internal meetings or brainstorming sessions, keeping track of creative production deadlines, and following up with team members on their deliverables.
  • Monitoring and Reporting Results: Once campaigns are in market, the Executive monitors overall performance and compiles updates for the client. Ensures that campaign metrics and insights are clearly communicated to the client, closing the loop on the strategy.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications: 

  • Educational Background
    We welcome candidates with a diploma or degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or related fields.
  • Communication & People Skills:
    If you’re confident in communicating and enjoy working with others, that’s a big plus! You’ll be liaising with clients and coordinating with our team regularly.
  • Organization & Time Management:
    We value individuals who can keep things on track. Being organized and able to juggle a few tasks at once will help you thrive in this role.
