Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts
• Assist in cashflow planning and forecasting
• Prepare month-end closing schedules and reconciliations
• Handle banking matters and liaise with banks when required
• Support day-to-day accounting operations
• Ensure financial records are accurate and properly maintained
• Assist with payroll processing (added advantage)
• Provide administrative and HR support on an ad-hoc basis, including documentation, staff records, and general office coordination when required
   

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Knowledge of the Info-Tech HR/Payroll/Accounting system will be an added advantage
• Understanding of basic financial principles and practices
• Ability to assist with administrative or HR tasks when required
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
