In this role, you will support the team across research, reporting, client and project management, as well as new business development. You will gain exposure to campaigns across digital, social, creative and branding, while developing the skills needed to grow within the world of integrated marketing.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Day-to-day client servicing and account management
• Coordinating with internal teams on campaign deliverables, ideas and solutions
• Managing project timelines to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Supporting end-to-end project management across creative and branding, digital and social media 
• Assisting with account growth and new business opportunities
• Ensuring smooth workflow between internal teams working on deliverables
• Proofreading and quality control of outgoing materials
• Supporting ideation and problem-solving for client campaigns
• Conducting research and preparing reports when required

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a PR, social, digital, or integrated marketing agency (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• A genuine interest in marketing, brands and communications
• Strong research and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude - someone who takes initiative rather than waits to be told
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn, adapt and grow
• A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively

Language Requirements

• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is an added advantage

Skills
