YOUR ROLE INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
2. Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
3. Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
4. Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product
5. Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion
6. Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in english, communications, or related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Exceptional writing and research skill.
3. Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
4. Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
6. Social media or content marketing experience a plus.
7. Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus.
8. Experience building proposal decks with MS Powerpoint.
9. A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
10. Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with diverse range of writing, including social media calendars, websites, press releases, message houses, research pieces and more.
11. Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action.
12. Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry, company, or target audience at hand.
13. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and client-related industry trends.
14. Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging.
15. Knowledge or experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly etc.) is an added advantage.
