As part of the work that we do, we are looking for candidates who possess a curiosity and hunger to learn and master the fundamentals of integrated marketing. In your role, you will undertake a primary but key support function - from research, reporting, client and project management, as well as new business development across both online and offline platforms; all while developing and growing your own skillset within the entire spectrum of integrated marketing services. 
• YOUR ROLE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
• Day-to-day client account management and operational tasks.
• Work with internal teams on deliverables, campaigns, ideas and solutions for our clients.
• Ensuring deadlines, timelines and deliverables are met in a timely fashion.
• End-to-end project management, encompassing the integrated disciplines of branding, digital and social, events, and public relations.
• Assist with account growth and development of new business.
• Ensuring smoothness of workflow between internal teams working on deliverables.
• Proofreading and quality control of all outgoing deliverables on a daily basis.
• Ideation and problem – solving.
• Research and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Min. 1 year of hands-on experience, preferably with PR / social / digital marketing agency background. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• A passion for all things marketing, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Good research skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and be flexible.
• The ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• A teachable attitude and a strong will.
• Good team player.
• Good oral and written communication skills - high proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
