Job Description

We’re expanding and are looking for a mid-level PHP Developer to join our tech family. In this role, you'll implement core software features, troubleshoot backend issues, and collaborate across teams to deliver efficient, maintainable backend systems that support our operational workflows.

This is a great opportunity to work on real-world logistics, retail, and operational challenges powering a fast-scaling laundry-tech platform. You’ll primarily be working with Laravel PHP, MySQL, and integrating with various internal APIs that support our mobile apps and in-store systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement backend features, business logic, and APIs based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with frontend/mobile engineers to deliver full-stack features.
• Investigate and resolve software bugs and operational issues.
• Good Documentation and Solution Architecture Skills
• Optimize performance and reliability of the backend systems and database queries.

Job Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on PHP development, preferably with Laravel.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture.
• Proficiency in MySQL (joins, indexes, optimization).
• Comfortable with RESTful APIs, backend service architecture.
• Knowledge of Redis, queue workers, and Linux command line is a plus.
• Git version control, structured deployment experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics, retail systems, inventory systems or ERP-style workflows.
• Familiarity with IOT infrastructure & IOT Communication Security.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, etc).
• Exposure to Docker or cloud-based deployment pipelines.
