Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Back End Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about clean code, system architecture, and leading development projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions: Analyze requirements and design software solutions that meet the needs of the business and its customers, and implement those solutions using a range of programming languages and technologies.
- Write high-quality, scalable, and efficient code: Write clear, well-documented, and maintainable code that is scalable and efficient, and follow best practices and coding standards.
- Lead projects and mentor junior developers: Lead projects, guide and mentor junior developers, and manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, designers, business stakeholders, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, communicate progress, and ensure user satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies: Stay informed about the latest software development technologies and trends and incorporate new approaches into work where appropriate.
- Ensure software solutions are secure and reliable: Ensure that the software solutions being built are secure, reliable, and maintainable, and follow best practices for security and privacy.
- Continuously improve development processes: Continuously improve the development processes, tools, and methodologies used by the organization, and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
- Perform or lead any other special project/ task assigned by superior/ management.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Strong Knowledge of PHP web frameworks (Laravel)
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience in the related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Familiar with AWS stacks
- Understanding of MVC design patterns
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Basic understanding of CSS pre-processors such as SASS and LESS.
- Experience with source control tools such as GIT.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum software development environment.
