Responsibilities:

• Working on full scope of ‘Big 4’ audit preparation tasks
• Assist in financial statement preparation
• Assist in investor reporting, modelling & cash flow planning
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Any other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate / Diploma / Professional Degree/Master’s Degree in Finance Accounting / Banking equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably senior executive position specialized in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Familiar with the day-to-day operations of a finance department.
• Experience with Autocount Accounting system is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with a keen attention to detail and resourcefulness.
• Trilingual: Able to speak English, Bahasa, and Mandarin (advantage).
