CORE FUNCTIONS

• Assist in creating marketing and social media content.
• Support the marketing team in daily marketing and administrative tasks.
• Maintain proper records of marketing expenses.

DETAILS

Content Creation & Social Media

• Assist in planning, creating, coordinating, and executing social media content.
• Prepare content such as captions, visuals, videos, and other marketing materials for social media platforms.
• Manage and schedule social media postings according to the content plan.
• Support content creation for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and other marketing activities when required.
• Assist in boosting and tracking social media content performance and engagement.

Marketing Campaign Follow-Up

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing customer feedback and engagement related to marketing activities.
• Ensure marketing materials are properly prepared and distributed when required.

Administrative Records & Ad Hoc Tasks

• Record and maintain accurate records of marketing-related expenses.
• Organize and keep supporting documents such as receipts, invoices, and other relevant expense records.
• Assist with general administrative matters, record checking, and other ad hoc tasks when required.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, copywriting, research, and other marketing-related tasks.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to handle both marketing and administrative tasks.
