Job Description

• Handle and investigate customers' complaints.
• Understand and identify customers' needs and requirements and propose relevant laundry service/products.
• Assist customers throughout payment process (if necessary), handle billing and invoice.
• Perform data captures for all laundry pick-up orders & customer service assistance by day.
• Assist with the executions of all other operations related tasks assigned by the Management.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.

Job Requirements

•  Candidates must be in their Penultimate Year for a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• No work experience required.
• Interested in Operations and Inventory.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong desire to self-learn.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work during weekends and Public Holiday.
