About the Role
Deliver positive technological experience to thousands of customers. We’re looking for a hands-on IT Technician who’s comfortable in fast-paced, real-world environments and enjoys solving problems where it matters most: on the ground.
This role is centered around maintaining and supporting the physical infrastructure in our stores. From server racks to in-store terminals, you’ll be our go-to person for hardware reliability, cabling standards, and first-line IT support.
If you find satisfaction in neatly routed cables, bringing offline devices back to life, or reformatting machines to run like new, you’ll feel right at home here.
● Maintain, organize, and clean server racks and store-level IT hardware (FogServer, mesh WiFi controllers, POS terminals).
● Troubleshoot disconnected or malfunctioning devices on-site and perform basic IT support tasks.
● Handle router or access point replacements, network resets, and reboots with minimal disruption.
● Ensure cabling is logically routed, safely managed, and aesthetically clean — before-and-after improvement matters to us.
● Reinstall operating systems, manage software licensing (e.g. Windows activation, Microsoft 365), and perform basic desktop/laptop servicing.
● Conduct routine hardware health checks at stores and flag or escalate more serious issues to our IT Engineering team.
(Bonus) Monitor system uptime and alerts via Zabbix dashboards and take proactive action where applicable.
What We’re Looking For
● Comfortable maintaining and updating hardware and software for desktops, laptops, and store equipment.
● Familiar with servicing basic network devices like routers, access points, and printers.
● Able to install new IT equipment independently and ensure smooth rollouts at store locations.
● Takes the initiative to document and report recurring IT issues for long-term fixes.
● Can work independently, travel to store locations, and follow structured checklists without constant supervision.
● Training experience is a plus, especially helping team members adopt new equipment or software.
● No formal degree required, we value curiosity, technical aptitude, and strong work ethic above all.
