Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead the implementation of new technology solutions, including IoT infrastructure, mobile applications, web applications, and central payment systems.

IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of all software and hardware systems.
  • Ensure seamless operation of systems such as washer/dryer software setups and other operational technologies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and other departments to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Plan, research, and implement technology solutions that streamline processes and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of staff on new systems and technologies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Ensure that technology implementations deliver tangible value to stakeholders and users.
  • Provide guidance and support to maximize the benefits of new technologies.
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve technology solutions.

Project Management:

  • Lead technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

Education and Experience:
