Responsibilities 

 Assist the Maintenance Manager to: 

• Plan, schedule and oversee all maintenance, repair, and installation related activities by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors. 
• Ensure all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy. 
• Allocate workload and supervise maintenance technicians. 
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation. 
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. 
• Maintain, forecast, order and price negotiation for spare parts inventory. 
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. 
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. 
• Keep maintenance logs/reports on maintenance technicians’ activities. 
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with. 

Job Requirements

• Proven track record in maintenance management, preferably in a retail or service industry with multiple locations.  
• Experience in planning maintenance operations. 
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical, machinery, equipment, plumbing, software, hardware, etc. 
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. 
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and researching skills. 
• Able to anticipate issues and identify resolutions in a timely manner. 
• Able to come up with innovations toward cost reduction, time savings through everyday exposure to outlet issues.
