Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Executive to support the maintenance and improvement of our outlets, equipment and facilities.

You will coordinate maintenance activities and technical projects, work closely with technicians, contractors and suppliers, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people and getting things done.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and technical works across multiple outlets. 
2. Coordinate technicians, contractors and suppliers to ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly. 
3. Support and manage new outlet renovation, outlet improvement, equipment installation and other assigned projects. 
4. Monitor project schedules, work quality, costs and completion to ensure agreed requirements are achieved. 
5. Source spare parts, materials and services, including quotation comparison and price negotiation. 
6. Conduct outlet/site inspections and troubleshoot electrical, machinery, plumbing, equipment and facility-related issues. 
7. Maintain essential maintenance and project records, including costs, progress and outstanding issues. 
8. Identify recurring problems and recommend practical solutions to reduce breakdowns, save cost and improve efficiency. 
9. Ensure maintenance and project works comply with company safety requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction, Project Management or related field is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in maintenance, facilities, technical operations or project coordination.
• Good basic technical knowledge of electrical, machinery, equipment, plumbing and general facility maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable dealing with contractors, suppliers and technicians.
• Commercially minded with an awareness of cost, quality and efficiency.
• Willing to travel between outlets/sites and possess own transportation with a valid driving licence.
• Flexible to support work outside normal working hours when necessary.
