CORE FUNCTIONS

• Plan, create, and manage engaging marketing and social media content.
• Develop creative artwork and marketing materials for social media, campaigns, promotions, and other marketing activities.
• Manage social media postings and monitor content performance and engagement.
• Support the Marketing Team in campaign execution and other marketing-related activities when required.

DETAILS

Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan, create, coordinate, and execute monthly social media content.
• Develop creative content ideas based on the company's services, promotions,seasonal trends, and current social media trends.
• Prepare engaging content such as captions, visuals, videos, Reels, Stories, and other social media materials.
• Coordinate and conduct simple photo and video shoots when required.
• Edit short-form videos and social media content.
• Ensure all content follows the company's branding, tone of voice, and marketing direction.
• Keep up with current social media trends, content formats, trending topics, and competitor activities.

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Support the Marketing Team in executing promotions, campaigns, events, and new outlet openings when required.
• Prepare campaign-related content, artwork, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials and communications are ready according to schedule.
• Assist with basic campaign monitoring and reporting when required.

Social Media Management & Performance

• Monitor social media comments, engagement, and customer responses related to published content.
• Track basic social media performance including reach, engagement, views, clicks, follower growth, and other relevant metrics.
• Suggest improvements to future content based on performance results.
• Prepare simple social media performance reports when required.

Marketing Support & Administrative Tasks

• Maintain organized records of content, artwork, marketing materials, and campaign files.
• Assist with simple marketing reports and presentation materials.
• Support other marketing-related tasks and ad hoc assignments when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Media, Creative Media, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or creative marketing will have an advantage.
• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and current social media contents formats.
• Good sense of visual design, layout, and social media aesthetics.
• Able to create and edit short-form videos such as Reels and TikTok content.
• Familiar with creative and content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, AI tools, or other relevant marketing and design platforms.
• Knowledge of using AI tools for content creation, copywriting, research, idea generation, and artwork development will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Creative, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to visit outlets for content shooting and marketing activities when required.
