Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily operations at the outlet run smoothly and in line with company standards, including service quality, customer experience, sales performance, and operational compliance.
• Improve the overall performance of the outlet by supporting sales growth, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Supervise and maintain effective outlet administration, including inventory and stock control, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ensure all outlet activities comply with the company’s policies, procedures, and environmental standards.
• Manage token usage tracking, conduct regular branch-level checks, and support reporting tasks such as CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) reports, sales collections, and daily cleaning schedules.
• Act as the first point of contact in handling any issues that may affect smooth outlet operations, and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Execute any other job duties or assignment from the company from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia 
• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma or above 
• Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working in the retail business 
• Integrity 
• Customer-friendly 
• Attention to detail in producing task reports 
• Candidates should have experience in managing multiple outlets
