The Site Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing interior fit-out and renovation projects across DobiQueen’s retail outlets and facilities. This position ensures that all on-site works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design, quality, and timeline requirements. The role requires strong coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to deliver high-quality spaces that reflect DobiQueen’s brand standards.

1.Project Execution &amp; Site Management
<ul>
<li>Supervise day-to-day fit-out site operations to ensure smooth progress and adherence to project timelines, scope, and specifications.</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule site activities including material deliveries, installation works, and inspections.</li>
<li>Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, methods, and safety standards.</li>
</ul>
2.Quality Control &amp; Assurance
<ul>
<li>Conduct regular inspections of ongoing works to ensure workmanship meets DobiQueen’s quality and design standards.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve quality issues promptly, escalating major concerns to the management when necessary.</li>
<li>Verify that all materials used comply with project specifications and approved samples.</li>
</ul>
3.Contractor &amp; Supplier Coordination
<ul>
<li>Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of works.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly on construction methods, technical requirements, and design details to avoid discrepancies.</li>
<li>Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with schedule, safety, and quality expectations.</li>

4.Resource &amp; Inventory Coordination

<li>Manage and control site resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, to ensure optimal usage and minimal wastage.</li>
<li>Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling on-site.</li>
<li>Plan manpower allocation efficiently based on project needs.</li>

5.Problem Solving &amp; Continuous Improvement

<li>Proactively address on-site issues, conflicts, or discrepancies in drawings and resolve them effectively.</li>
